We will not make glasses without all the information required, we do not and never guess or use average values. We have built our business on professional competence and are really proud of our 99% satisfaction.

We do offer a money back guarantee but very rarely have to fall back on this as our over-riding goal is to provide satisfaction in the product and service. If not we put it right.
