Lenses For Oakley Half Frames

The summer might have all but gone, but some of cycle all year around, so the Adaptive Transition into an Oakley is the perfect Autumn/Winter companion.

Here are some better images of the finished product. Ready to go now. Prescription, thin, tinted lenses. We're very pleased with the job too. Our cost £75, equivalent Oakley price £199.50+ !

We have been making lenses for Oakley Fully Rimmed frames for some time. They work brilliantly, look great and save you a fortune. There is lots of information on this site about them.

We are constantly asked if we can make lenses for the half rimmed frames?

We can now!

We have been developing a way to do this, while still giving optical performance, frame stability and at a price that the customer will find appealing.

We finished our 20+ lens prototype and we know we are there!

We are going to have to insist on High index lenses 1.60/1.67/Polycarb or Trivex for this application. The Oakley surcharge of £25 will still apply.

We should be able to make these in single vision, and varifocal, clear, in all tints, transitions and all the coatings!
