Trusted award Feefo 2018

We all try very hard to maintain high standards with every pair of glasses we make irrespective of the cost. 

To get the award we have to have got an average of 4.5/5.0 (90%) for the year 2017. We managed 99%!

We know we can't keep everybody happy all the time and feedback that isn't as we would like is always investigated and dealt with. 

We have changed so many things about the process and the website because of customer feedback. We read and review every comment we receive.

We're very proud to receive this again.
