We have taken all measure possible to keep services running as smoothly as possible without jeopardising safety for customer or staff alike.

It is well a well know and established fact that the virus can exist on hard surfaces such as metal and plastics.

According to the latest guideline on the diagnosis and treatment of the novel coronavirus released by the National Health Commission, the virus is sensitive to ultraviolet light and heat, so ultraviolet radiation can effectively eliminate the virus. 

As all of our lenses and your frames are handled by our staff during the reglaze process, we have taken the step to treat every frame we glaze with powerful UV-C lights before dispatch. This will eradicate viruses, bacterium, germs, spores, moulds and other micro-organisms from the surface of the glasses in a few seconds.

This will have no detrimental effect on the frames or lenses whatsoever.

We hope this will give confidence and assure all of our customers just how seriously we are taking the situation.
