Open and operating as usual

We have reduced the workforce and changed the opening hours to make sure we maintain our service through this difficult time.

With the high street opticians now closed, the online service is more important than ever before.

We don't sell frames but just replace the lenses in the frames. It maybe that the lenses are scratched or damaged, or you've now got the time to use the prescription you had done some time ago, whatever the reason we are here to help.

We will answer calls from 9-5 weekday's and emails outside of those hours too of course.

We will do our best to turn the orders around as quickly as we can. There have been some logistical issues with some lenses trapped within a courier system that has closed temporally, but we are taking steps to rectify this as quickly as we can.

If there are any changed to these arrangement we will of course let you all know.
