You can have our pre-paid box picked up from work/home or safe-place for free.

Yes, no more trips to the post office, once you've received the box just book the collection with the Royal Mail using the simple steps outlined in the leaflet we send with the box, nothing extra to pay.

This service will only operate with our 'Recorded Service'.

For customers spending less than £100 the extra charge for the recorded service is £7.50

For customers spending more than £100 the service is included free of charge.

For customers spending more than £200, special delivery is included free of charge, the collection service is not available with this yet. If you specifically wanted a collection, please let us know so we can change the service to a recorded one.

This will make it much easier for all our customers who'd prefer to have the box collected.
