Print Label Option:

We’ve been trialling our Print Label option for some time and can now confirm it’s fully live — and working really well.

We were the first to offer reglazing online, introducing the now-standard model of sending customers pre-paid, tracked packaging to return their frames. That remains our default process (and one our competitors now follow too).

However, some customers don’t want to wait for a parcel to arrive. With Print Label, we email pre-paid labels for you to print and use with your own packaging. In many cases, customers can send their frames the same day they order, while still benefiting from our “postage costs included” pricing.

Choosing Print Label can speed up the reglazing process by up to five days. All parcels are tracked and insured up to £150 regardless of service. We also continue to offer Special Delivery for higher-value frames, with insurance up to £750.
