. What are the postage and packing costs?

All our prices include 1st class delivery. Recorded and Special delivery are provided by the Royal Mail. It needs to be signed for and is insured in accordance with the Royal Mail guidelines. 1st Class Recorded will cost £7 extra. If you spend over £100 recorded is included free. For the higher value items and where speed of delivery is important, Special postage is available for £15 extra, this is also provided by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, it needs to be signed for and is guaranteed next day delivery, and is insured to a higher value in accordance with Royal Mail guidelines, for all orders over £200 Special Delivery is included free of charge. You can opt out of the signed for service if you know you won't be available to sign for it.

You will be able to access tracking numbers when you log in in to your account.

All our mail has proof of postage, signed for by the receiving postal worker.

. I have an expensive frame to be reglazed, is it insured?

The Special Postage service available for £16 extra is provided by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, it needs to be signed for and is guaranteed next day delivery, and is insured to a higher value in accordance with the Royal Mail guidelines.
